The 8810 meets all this criteria. The other thing to remember is that Star Trac puts enough faith in their product that they will warranty it in a light commercial setting. ( A hotel, police/fire station, or a gym with less than 8 hrs/use a day. No other residential elliptical will do that.....and for good reason. (Its not as good)
